What the consult form collects

When you request a free consult, the form sends your name, email, optional phone number, the kind of therapy you are looking for, and any scheduling notes you add. That request is emailed to Sophie Foster so she can reach out to you. It is not used for marketing and is never sold or shared.

Please don't include health details in the form. We'll talk about that together, privately, once we connect.

Services that help run the site

• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs Turnstile, a spam check on the consult form.
• Brevo delivers the consult request by email.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies or track you across other sites.

Your clinical records

Once you begin therapy, your health information is protected under HIPAA. You'll receive the Notice of Privacy Practices when you start care, and you can ask for a copy at any time.
